The recommended gear list for our mt. rainier and mt. hood trip, don't get left out in the cold! this is a list gear that "YOU" should probably have for yourself!
personal gear:
clothing (which will get really smelly):
the mt. rainier/mt. hood trip is finally starting to feel real! i purchased our airfare the other day so all we really have to get is a car and a hotel for a few nights but i hope we have these last few traveling logistics tied up by the end of next week.
i really need to ramp up my training now, i feel that i've kind of been slacking on the cardio front! i've only been getting out like once a week for a 3 mile run and have done any backpacking since the gothics trip, other then lugging around a pack full of gear when jeff and i go trad climbing. this weekend i'm heading down to alleganay for a little expo with the boys but i plan on getting in a nice long trail run and/or a power hike. it'll be fun to see how jeff keeps up :)
